Location: Warrington, Cheshire (Onsite, relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance) + Equity

Better Placed Ltd is seeking a senior-level software engineer to join a well-backed AI native start-up aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and support growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI start-ups, particularly in improving efficiency of large language models and algorithms.

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Experience with web development (TypeScript / React) – nice to have.
