Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom (Onsite in London with relocation fee of £10,000 paid upon acceptance) + Equity

I'm seeking senior-level software engineers to join a well-backed AI-native start-up aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and sustain growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI startups, focusing on increasing efficiency of large language models (LLMs) and algorithms.

• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks.
