Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: London (Onsite) with relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance + Equity

We are seeking senior-level software engineers to join a well-backed AI-native startup aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and support ongoing growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI startups, particularly in improving the efficiency of large language models (LLMs) and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks.
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – a plus.
