Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: London (Onsite with relocation fee of £10,000 paid upon acceptance) + Equity

I'm looking to speak to senior-level software engineers interested in joining a well-backed AI-native startup as they work towards a $1bn valuation. Founded by some of the brightest minds in AI, they are seeking an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and sustain their growth trajectory. Ideally, candidates will have a background in an AI startup, working on increasing efficiency of established LLM models and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and full-stack frameworks.
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – a plus.
• The company values relevant education (e.g., a degree from a top university in a related field) and/or experience in an AI-led business, along with a desire to work in a high-growth startup.
