Position:

Founding Software Engineer – AI

Salary: £125,000 - £150,000

Location: London (onsite, relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance) + Equity

We are seeking senior-level software engineers to join a well-backed AI-native start-up aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and support growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI start-ups, particularly with improving efficiency of LLM models and algorithms.

Tech Stack:

• High proficiency in Python
• Expertise in databases (Postgres)
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and full-stack frameworks
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – nice to have

The company values relevant university degrees and/or experience in AI-led businesses and a desire to work in a high-growth start-up environment, rather than just years of experience.
