Job summary

Intelligent People is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Founding Product Manager for a fast-growth B2C fintech focused on international money transfers. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery across the platform, collaborating with founders and multiple stakeholders to scale the business.

You will shape the end-to-end customer journey, improve conversion and usability, and drive new product features, markets and payment corridors.

Qualifications

Product management experience in consumer remittance or cross-border payments.
Experience owning or contributing to a B2C cross-border money transfer product.
Strong understanding of the international money transfer journey, including onboarding, funding, FX and payout.
Experience with mobile and web products and end-to-end delivery.
Ability to manage product backlogs and collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap across the digital money transfer platform.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
Translate insights into clear product specifications and user stories.
Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Marketing and Treasury to ensure compliant delivery.
Partner with engineering to translate priorities into scalable tech delivery.
Drive improvements in onboarding, funding methods, and payout experiences.
