Job summary

Catapult is seeking a Founding Operator / Chief of Staff to work directly with its co-founders on strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. It is a versatile role with exposure to every part of building an AI startup.

You will help the founders focus their time and energy, then independently take high-impact projects from first idea through implementation. London-based with visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Initiative to spot what needs doing and take full ownership.
