What You’ll Do

• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs and vector search.
• Develop scalable ML infrastructure for parsing and interpreting long-form unstructured documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine use cases and deliver high-utility outputs.
• Own projects end-to-end, from experimentation to API and UI integration.
• Help shape the company's technical standards, processes, and culture.
