Job summary

Tile Hill is seeking a founding Managing Director to turn Middleton's cooperative regeneration vision into reality. You will lead it toward launch, working with independent co-chairs and a diverse board to deliver a costed programme that delivers homes, workspace and town-centre improvements.

You will head land assembly, viability work and secure investment from national and private partners, shaping a governance model that places local people and businesses at the heart of decisions.

Qualifications

• Delivering complex regeneration, ideally across mixed use town centres and historic environments.
• Deep experience in commercial negotiation, land assembly and development partnerships.
• Ability to build trust with developers, investors, government, elected members, communities and the board.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration to turn diverse perspectives into shared action.

Responsibilities

• Lead land assembly, acquisition and viability work for Middleton’s Co-operative Mayoral Development Corporation.
• Secure investment from national, regional and private sector partners and manage delivery partners.
• Turn a shared ambition into a clear, costed, deliverable programme and lead it toward launch.
• Embed co­operative values to involve local people and businesses in decision making and wealth creation.
