Job summary

OHO Group (Lithuania) is seeking a Founding Infrastructure Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup in London. You will own cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and security underpinning next-generation AI products.

You'll work with a small, high-caliber team to shape the technical foundations as the company scales, with meaningful equity and a chance to influence cloud architecture and security strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional Software/Infra/Platform Engineering
• Experience building/maintaining prod infra for AI-powered products
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern tooling
• Solid understanding of security, access controls, data protection and compliance
• Hands-on with reliability, observability, DB performance and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure and platform engineering for AI products
• Shape security, access controls and compliance foundations
• Collaborate with a small engineering team to scale infrastructure and AI systems

Founding Infrastructure Engineer | Early-Stage AI Start-Up | London

Founding Infrastructure Engineer required to join an ambitious early-stage AI start-up in London, building the infrastructure behind next-generation AI products.

Join a high-calibre engineering team, taking significant ownership over the cloud infrastructure, platform engineering and security underpinning the company's AI systems. You'll help shape the technical foundations as the company scales.

You are:

• 1–5 years of professional Software, Infrastructure or Platform Engineering experience
• Experience building or maintaining production infrastructure supporting AI-powered products
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure) and modern infrastructure tooling
• Solid understanding of security, access controls, data protection and compliance
• Hands-on experience with reliability, observability, database performance and data pipelines
• A proactive engineer who takes ownership, sets high standards and isn't afraid to challenge decisions
• Previous early-stage start-up experience
• Experience with LLM infrastructure, AI agents or MLOps
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CI/CD
• Become a Founding Infrastructure Engineer with significant ownership
• Build infrastructure powering cutting-edge AI products
• Influence cloud architecture, platform engineering and security strategy
• Work alongside a small, high-calibre engineering team
