The Role

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Product to lead product vision and delivery, translating our goals into a roadmap, building user experiences, and collaborating across teams.

Mission & Culture Fit

Passionate about building trusted, loved products; eager to reinvent legacy planning with intuitive solutions; capable of translating complex problems into seamless experiences.

Skills and Experience Needed

• 5+ years in product management, owning end-to-end roadmaps
• Proven ability to achieve product-market fit and generate £2m+ revenue
• Experience in B2B SaaS, insurtech, legaltech, wealthtech
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulated industries (nice to have)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Integrate data and AI into the product, ensuring accuracy for sensitive life moments
• Prioritise MVP development based on data and client feedback
• Create a transformational customer journey, delivering value at reduced costs
