The Opportunity:

As the first dedicated Front-End Engineer, you will lead the development of high-performance, user-centric interfaces for their AI-driven products. You’ll collaborate with the founding team to define UI/UX strategies and set architectural standards for scalable front-end systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive front-end development and architecture for new AI products.
• Define UI/UX strategy and implement best practices with a focus on modular, maintainable code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and back-end teams.
• Build reusable components and interface libraries (hooks, APIs, sockets).
• Contribute to code and architectural reviews and mentor other engineers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise with ReactJS and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance in high-load environments (1,000+ socket events/min).
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage settings.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and design.
