Job summary

Good Systems is launching an AI consultancy and seeking a founding Executive Director to own the P&L, set the offer, and win clients from the ground up. You will price, architect the go-to-market, and lead a delivery team while reporting to the COO. The role is based on-site in London and requires building a brand in AI transformation.

You will shape services in corporate training, AI adoption strategies, and product recommendations, creating a scalable engine around your leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background in consultancy or L&D.
• Executive Director or GM level experience.
• Deeply engaged with AI and applying it with credibility to technical audiences.
• Experience inside a large scale organization and understanding decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Build a new AI consultancy from scratch, shaping the offer and GTM.
• Own the P&L, pricing, partnerships and hiring.
• Set the go-to-market strategy and win clients, generating pipeline.
• Report to the COO and collaborate with delivery teams to scale.
• Represent the brand publicly and build visibility to drive opportunities.
