Job summary

Ralio is building the payments layer for AI Agents. As a Founding Engineer in Greater London, you will architect the product, shape the tech stack, and drive execution from scratch.

The role offers ownership equity and a high-impact environment with strong early investor backing. You’ll own core platform components, guardrails, and integrations with payment providers, while growing a founding engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience building products with AI.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; strong frontend (React) and backend (Supabase) skills.
• Ability to work across architecture, product, and engineering with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from architecture to frontend and deployment.
• Shape the technical vision and make foundational decisions about the stack and infrastructure.
• Wear many hats: engineer, product thinker, problem-solver.
• Help build a platform enabling AI Agents to pay safely and securely.
