Revnu in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Growth Agent to manage a portfolio of customers, run calls, drive adoption, and renewals. You will translate client goals into concrete actions and ensure campaigns, automations and integrations are running smoothly.
Over time you will expand into building tools, reporting, and operational improvements in collaboration with the founders and product team. You will own end-to-end customer interactions, push for measurable results, and adapt strategies as
Every business needs growth. Most founders would rather be building. Revnu is the AI growth hire: one agent that runs SEO, outbound, ads and social, learns what works across every channel, and ships the work itself. You build the product. Revnu grows it.
We're a Y Combinator company (P26 batch), seed funded and growing fast. We think every business will eventually run on agents, and we're building the growth half of that future.
The team is small and based in Manchester. That means real ownership, fast cycles, and direct access to the founders and the work.
This is an intense, in-person environment. The team works a 9–9–6 pattern: 9am to 9pm, six days a week.
We work closely with every customer, usually directly with their CEO, founder or whoever owns growth inside the company. Their growth strategy should feel built around their business, not copied from a generic playbook. You will be the person who understands what they want to achieve, what Revnu is doing for them and whether it is working.
A lot of the early role will look like account-executive work. You will run regular calls, keep customers happy and informed, turn what they need into work that gets implemented, and make sure their campaigns, automations and integrations are set up and running properly. If something is blocked, broken or missing, you will own getting it sorted.
The job is not only to keep doing what already works. You will help each customer get more from successful channels while continuing to try new ideas, experiments and ways to grow. When something is not working, you will help change direction. When a customer needs something Revnu cannot do yet, you will work with the founders and product team to figure out how we should support it.
At first you will work directly with the founders and own a handful of customers. Once you have that under control, you will take on more of whatever the company needs: building tools, sorting out reporting, choosing software and fixing messy processes. Over time, you could run customer operations, company operations or whatever you turn out to be unusually good at.
