Qualifications

• Five+ years of engineering experience in product-focused environments.
• Track record delivering features from idea to production.
• Experience building with LLMs including RAG, semantic search and vector stores.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows that extract, reason and generate underwriting insights.
• Design and ship LLM powered features end to end.
• Build and optimise retrieval pipelines, search indices and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop interfaces, APIs and infrastructure for AI driven underwriting products.
• Work closely with the founding team and with users to identify pain points and deliver real value fast.
