Evinova seeks an entrepreneurial, AI-fluent Product Director to own a core AI-native product area from zero to one. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams—engineering, design, data science, and commercial—through a full product lifecycle with strong emphasis on regulatory awareness and clinical operations workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with director-level ownership.
• Deep domain experience in clinical trials or life sciences.
• Proven entrepreneurial track record: built and scaled products from zero to one.
• Deep hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for an AI-native product.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to implement AI-enabled features.
• Drive adoption, measure success, and iterate based on usage and feedback.
