Connect-AI is launching in January 2026 as a new division of Connect Group, recruiting AI, data and software talent across the UK and Europe. You will help build this division from the ground up as a Senior Consultant, with a focus on high-growth tech firms and market-leading compensation structures.

Qualifications

• Proven senior recruitment experience in AI, data, or software sectors.
• Strong business development and client-management abilities.

• Passionate about technology and innovation in AI/data.
• Willingness to work in a flexible remote/hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for AI, data and software roles across the UK and Europe.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner.
• Proactively source, engage and manage high-calibre candidates using modern tools.
• Drive business development to expand the client base and opportunities.
