Job summary

Kennies, a London-based, fast-growing consumer brand making high-protein salami, seeks a hands-on Founders Associate to work directly with the founders across the business.

This in-person role offers real ownership from day one: you’ll secure retail listings, manage distributor relationships, run Amazon/DTC and TikTok Shop channels, and help build repeatable processes with Airtable/ClickUp. You’ll also support marketing, ops and founder projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for food & drink.
• Quick on your feet and self-starting attitude.
• Based in London, able to work in-store and at a desk.
• Commercially minded with ability to switch tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Win and manage retail listings—visit stores, pitch, and keep accounts healthy.
• Support distributor and foodservice relationships.
• Run Amazon, DTC and TikTok Shop—listings, promotions, performance.
• Coordinate promotions across retail and online channels.
• Build and manage brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Support social content, influencer and affiliate activity.
• Turn manual tasks into repeatable systems using Airtable/ClickUp.
• Spot where things break and fix at the source.
