Founder’s Associate – Right Hand to the CEO

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + equity scheme

Hours: Full-time (flexible working available)

Start: ASAP (willing to wait notice period)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid – London HQ with UK & international travel

Culture Guru is recruiting on behalf of a bold, high-performing business operating at the intersection of real estate, planning, and environmental strategy. They help housebuilders and property clients unlock planning permission on complex sites - and do it faster than anyone else in the industry.

Now entering a scale-up phase, the Founder is looking for a sharp, ambitious, and highly capable Associate to become his right-hand - someone who can not only support but eventually lead.

This is a rare opportunity to step into the inner circle of a growing business, with a clear trajectory to take over leadership within five years.

Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to:

• Deliver high-impact projects across operations, commercial strategy, and client delivery
• Attend and eventually lead meetings with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the CEO’s absence
• Research, prepare, and present proposals, pitch decks, and insight packs
• Act as the connector between departments and external collaborators
• Manage day-to-day execution of key initiatives with energy and precision
• Provide direct support to the CEO on both strategic and logistical fronts
• Contribute to brand communications, social content, and thought leadership
