Meta Frontier Studios (MFS) is a venture studio at the bleeding edge of AI and blockchain, building a new category of software: on-chain AI agents that can think, act, and transact autonomously. These agents operate 24/7 in decentralized ecosystems - managing assets, creating content, and even hiring other agents. We launch 2–3 ventures per year across emerging sectors in web3 and blockchain.

This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with a multi-time founder, with a track record in B2B SaaS, blockchain ventures, and M&A - to shape the studio itself, validate new venture ideas, and build scalable processes from the ground up. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Tasks

• Lead and maintain the studio’s documentation systems, processes, and operational workflows


• Serve as the operational interface between the Founder and Lead Development Engineer


• Prepare financial and performance reports, track OKRs, and create investor updates


• Run product validation cycles for 6 venture concepts within 6 months, including stakeholder meetings, documentation, and structured decision processes


• Take charge of and automate our social media presence across channels, define the brand voice, and own content strategy and creation

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and managing operational complexity


• Be crypto-native and familiar with the web3/blockchain ecosystem


• Love structure, documentation, and building operational systems


• Know how to write clean, visual investor decks and internal reports


• Have some product experience: landing pages, early user testing, and validation


• Thrive in fast-moving environments where no two weeks look the same


• Have built personal or brand social media accounts, ideally in tech or crypto
