Role Overview

As Founder’s Associate, you’ll act as the right hand to the Founder & CEO, helping drive execution across all areas of the business — from operations and strategy to product, growth, and expansion.

This is a founder-track role for someone who wants to learn how to build and scale a company firsthand. You’ll gain exposure to every function, lead critical projects, and help transform ideas into real-world results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution Partner: Work directly with the Founder to plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives across all departments.
  • Strategic Projects: Own special projects in operations, technology, partnerships, and growth.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Hiring & Team Support: Help recruit, onboard, and coordinate new team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Improve internal processes, streamline communication, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Founder Enablement: Handle follow-ups, prepare briefings, and ensure key priorities move forward without bottlenecks.
  • Expansion Support: Assist with new market launches, investor materials, and partnerships.
