Retail Insights is seeking an Entrepreneur In Residence to drive growth, build a world-class team, and lead all aspects of the conference business from strategy to execution.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, craft the product ecosystem, and push rapid execution to scale the company while expanding relationships with existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities. London HQ, high pace, ambitious impact.

Qualifications

• +4 years’ experience from high-speed institutions e.g. management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results; MBA may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
• Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.
• Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budget.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with BD teams for new client acquisition.
