The Opportunity

As a Founder Associate, you will manage all aspects of CFO Insights, build and lead a world-class team, and ensure the successful execution of conferences and brand strategy.

This role suits individuals with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, high ambition, forward-thinking, and a drive to inspire and lead a team. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
  • Set expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
  • Execute strategies swiftly.
  • Develop the company's brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in fast-paced environments like management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or startups.
  • Bachelor's degree with excellent results, possibly an MBA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business passion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Work permit for UK, EU, or US.

Locations include Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne.
