Co-Founder @ Lua AI (YC F25) | Enabling developers to launch enterprise-grade agents reliably at scale

The Role:

• Special Projects: Lead projects that don't have a natural home, from launching a new market pilot to researching and implementing a new feature.
• Operations: Build and optimize internal processes to help the team scale. You will identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become issues.
• Support cross-functional coordination – work across teams to align priorities.
• Growth & BD: Act as a bridge to the market. You'll run sales experiments and help nurture early-stage partnerships.
• Research: Conduct deep-market research and data analysis to provide the founder with the insights needed to make high-stakes decisions.
• Founder Leverage: Manage high-stakes follow-ups, draft external communications, and prep presentations.
