Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead safe, profitable delivery of multiple piling and foundation projects across the SW region. You will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-construction to completion, ensuring works are on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple piling and foundation projects simultaneously.
• Ensure safe delivery, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.
• Lead and support engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Monitor performance, programme, budget, productivity, and quality.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Work with commercial teams to maximise profitability and handle variations.
• Support tender handovers and pre-start planning.
• Conduct site visits, reviews, and progress meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operations.
