The ideal candidate will have all essential qualifications and experience of working in a professional football academy across various age groups.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Foundation Phase Lead Coach, you will be expected to:

• Support the Head of Academy Coaching and Assistant Head of Academy Coaching in organizing and delivering a vibrant, creative, and progressive programme.
• Liaise across multi-disciplinary departments to support players within the phase and ensure alignment across the club.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the U9-U12 age groups, supporting players and staff. Manage one of these age groups during match days and training, including Match Packs, Squad lists, and player surveys.
