We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified primary school teachers to join our team, working in a variety of vibrant and supportive schools across Newport. About the Role
You will be teaching pupils across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality lessons that engage learners and promote progress. You will be working with supportive school teams and have the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

We are particularly interested in teachers who:

  • Are enthusiastic about teaching and learning
  • Have excellent classroom management skills
  • Can adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of a variety of learners
  • Are reliable, organised, and motivated to make a positive impact in schools

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Experience teaching in primary schools (either Foundation Phase or KS2)
  • Ability to deliver lessons that follow the National Curriculum
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Available for part-time or full-time work
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (support provided)
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
