Derby County Football Club, established in 1884, is a founding member of the English Football League with a rich history, including two First Division titles (1972, 1975) and an FA Cup victory in 1946. Currently competing in the Sky Bet Championship, following promotion from League One in the 2023/24 season, the club is managed by Head Coach Paul Warne. The club also maintains a Category One Academy since 2014 and has a Women's team in the FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division. Recent ownership changes to Clowes Developments (UK) Limited in summer 2022 mark an exciting new era, emphasizing our commitment to developing talent and investing in key roles to build on our foundations for success.
We are offering an opportunity to join our Academy Coaching Team as a Foundation Phase Coach.
Our vision is to develop talented young footballers to join Derby County's first team and to be recognized as the ‘Academy of Choice’ locally and beyond. Your experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering coaching sessions will support this vision.

Personal characteristics and experience:
The role is part-time, fixed-term until May 2026, starting around July 2025. It is based at Derby County Training Centre, with some travel required.
