About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation as a Foundation Phase Age Group Casual Coach. In this role you will support and develop all players within the group to attain the highest levels of performance in a safe, secure, and supportive environment and drive and nurture a positive culture within the training group. Be a coach who makes the girls emerging talent centres and mixed player development hubs a place where players learn, have fun, and develop a love for the game
What will you be doing?
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working with young athletes, with a football environment. You will have an understanding of the modern young player in terms of their physical and psychological development, including an up to date understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures. You’ll have experience in roles, which have brought an understanding of how children learn and develop such as teaching.
You’ll be willing to commit to working evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will demonstrate a willingness to flex and change with the demands of a situation. You’ll showcase an interest and genuine care about player needs. Providing players personalised support and communication. You are innovative and open minded; Unafraid to try new things in pursuit of developing and engaging players.
