Here at Bournemouth & Poole College, is looking to recruit aFoundation Instructor/technician on a part-time, term time only, permanent basis. In return,you will receive a competitive salary of £23,556 - £25,603 per annum, pro rata (£18,420.66 - £20,021.40 for part time).
As of August 2025, this role will benefit from a 3% pay award and the salary will rise to £24,263 to £26,372 per annum, pro rata (£18,973.53 - £20,622.76 for part time).

Cafe Instructor/technician to join our team and provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a Cafe Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment within our cafe setting where students can develop vocational skills, socialise, and gain confidence in their abilities. Your role will involve not only developing practical skills related to cafe operations but also providing individualised support to meet the unique needs of each student. whilst also preparing them for the world of work.
