Fostering | Supportive Home Manager | Children & Young People | £500 Refer a Friend Bonus!

Looking for the ideal support work role to get into Fostering?

Salary up to £29,705

We are currently seeking an experienced children's support workers who have a passion for fostering, to join an Outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency based in Telford as a Therapeutic Support Worker.


You will provide practical and emotional support to foster families and children, including one-on-one sessions, attending appointments, and helping with care plans. Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Assist with events, recruitment of new foster carers, and planning activities. Communicate regularly with the supervising social worker and contribute to reports, meetings, and safeguarding plans.


You will also be joining a really strong close-knit team that is supervised by a longstanding and supportive management structure who will provide you with quality support as and when needed.

This role is a full time 37.5 hour/week contract, and requires some evening and weekend work, so flexibility is essential.
