• Experienced, committed Registered Social Worker.
• Ability to supervise and support foster carers.
• Experience with safeguarding, care planning and admin processes.

Responsabilités

• Managing and supervising a caseload of foster carers.
• Delivering supervision visits and supporting carer competency.
• Assisting with annual reviews and panel presentations.
• Maintaining GDPR-compliant records and timely reporting.
• Participating in out-of-hours rota and training activities.
