Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in fostering or child protection desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and home visits to evaluate prospective foster carers.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers to safeguard children's welfare.
• Develop and implement individual care plans for children in foster care.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to meet children's needs.
• Maintain accurate records in line with social work standards and protocols.
