Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Work Team Manager to lead the Connected Persons Team in Rochdale's Fostering Service. The role offers an ongoing engagement with an attractive hourly rate of £45 and the flexibility of a senior leadership position in a nurturing environment.

You will manage assessments, support court proceedings guidance, and supervise Kinship Foster Carers while promoting reflective practice and high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• A seasoned social work professional with strong leadership skills.
• Experience guiding a team in conducting social assessments and safeguarding work.
• Knowledge of Connected Persons Assessments, Regulation 24 and viability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Connected Persons Team within Rochdale’s Fostering Service.
• Oversee thorough, relationship-based assessments completed within statutory timescales.
• Present assessments to fostering panels and provide quality assurance.
