Job summary

Five Rivers Child Care Ltd in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Fostering Service Team Manager to lead, develop and drive improvement across our North Fostering Service covering Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Based at our Doncaster office with flexible home working, you will oversee practice, QA, performance and data analysis, ensuring children and young people receive outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with recognised Social Work qualification.
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Significant experience working with children, young people and families; fostering experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and continuously improve the fostering service.
• Undertake reviews and complete high‑quality reporting and recording.
• Partner with Local Authorities and professionals to evidence strong practice and decision making.
• Contribute to foster carer recruitment and foster events.
• Drive continuous learning and improvement within a dynamic service.
