About the role

Hammersmith & Fulham, rated nationally by Ofsted as one of the top Local Authorities, is seeking a recruitment officer with vision, passion, and energy to join the Fostering & Permanence Shared Service. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process for foster carers, planning and delivering marketing activities, and analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities.

This is a temporary, part-time position based in Hammersmith and Fulham, with strong links to Westminster City Council & The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

Candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of marketing or copywriting experience, knowledge of marketing strategies, and a keen interest in achieving positive outcomes for children.
