Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a motivated Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator to lead a small team and coordinate panel administration across multiple councils. The role focuses on setting up virtual panels, managing attendance, producing outputs, and ensuring data quality.

You will work in a hybrid pattern with responsibilities spanning organisation, documentation, and data management to support the welfare of children and families in the Nottinghamshire area.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven administrative experience with strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to monitor, manage and extract data using Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of Fostering Panels and coordinate a team of five colleagues.
  • Set up virtual panels using Microsoft Teams, send invites, and prepare documentation.
  • Manage attendance records for panels and produce accurate reporting.
  • Record and distribute panel outputs, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Regularly update corporate databases with the latest information and decisions.

Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator? We are looking for a Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator to lead a team of five dedicated colleagues. You will play a vital role in coordinating the administration of Fostering Panels, ensuring smooth operations across multiple councils. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the welfare of children and families in our community.

As the Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Team Coordination: Oversee the activities of five BSA3 colleagues, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Panel Management: Set up virtual panels using Microsoft Teams, send invites, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Attendance Administration: Manage attendance records for panels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Output Recording: Record and distribute panel outputs, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Database Updates: Regularly update corporate databases to reflect the latest information and decisions.
To Succeed In This Role, You Should Possess
  • Educational Background: GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent experience.
  • Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Data Management Skills: Ability to monitor, manage, and extract data efficiently using Microsoft tools.
