Job summary

Scale is seeking a senior professional to lead ML-powered product initiatives across enterprise clients. You will shape product strategy, own end-to-end development, and drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and finance.

You will collaborate with executives to turn customer pain points into repeatable software offerings and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and Python skills. This role demands ambiguity-tolerant, strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in building ML-powered products; experience in enterprise-facing products is a plus.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in enterprise settings.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Some coding experience (Python).
