Job summary

Dex, working with a trusted partner company, is building AI co-workers to slot into hospital teams and tools. You will own the full lifecycle of these AI workflows, from ambiguous problems to deployed solutions, and collaborate with healthcare administrators in person.

This role blends product thinking with hands-on delivery: translating non-technical needs, shipping full-stack features, and interfacing with customers onsite.

The role

Healthcare is broken. Specifically, its administrative backbone. This company is fixing it, building AI co-workers that slot into existing hospital teams and tools. They've deployed to over 40 hospitals in 18 months, backed by a team from Palantir, Google DeepMind, and Apple.

You'll own the full lifecycle of these AI workflows, from ambiguous problem statements to deployed solutions. This isn't a pure coding role; you'll be onsite with healthcare administrators, translating their non-technical needs into product, and bringing those insights back to the core engineering team. Expect high ownership, direct impact, and a flat structure where your input shapes the product from day one.

• Experience across Python (FastAPI), TypeScript + React, and Postgres.
• A bias for action: you fix what's broken, you don't wait for a ticket.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week in person, either in London or onsite with customers.
