Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge engineering, product, and customer success. You will design, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world production environments, acting as the technical owner from design through implementation.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-impact outcomes, ensure customer satisfaction, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend experience with React.js.
• Strong backend experience in Python and Node.js.
• Solid AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle and deployment.
• Experience with AI-powered systems and ML APIs.
• Proven system integration experience (REST APIs, webhooks).
• Experience deploying and supporting production applications.
• Strong problem-solving in customer-facing scenarios.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and basic security practices.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation, ensuring high-impact outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable frontend applications.
• Strong backend development experience using Python and Node JS
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, inference, and real-world deployment considerations.
• Experience working with AI-powered systems, such as LLMs, ML APIs, or data-driven applications.
• Proven experience in system integration, including REST APIs, webhooks, and external services.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit, integration, e2e) and basic security practices (auth, encryption, compliance)
