TechTree is recruiting for a Forward Deployed Engineer in London. This seed-stage, high-growth startup builds AI-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises. The role is on-site at King's Cross, full-time, Associate level with 2–5 years of experience, and offers London-market compensation.

You will own enterprise accounts end-to-end, drive adoption and renewal, and translate customer needs into product feedback. Expect collaboration with senior stakeholders and EMI-eligible equity.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end.

About the opportunity

• Join a seed-stage company building AI-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises
• Work with customers across financial services, regulated technology, and healthcare
• Own enterprise customer relationships from adoption through expansion and renewal
• Operate at the intersection of engineering, product, commercial ownership, and customer strategy
• Work directly with senior stakeholders including CSOs, VPs of Risk, and Heads of Compliance

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Strong customer-facing or commercial experience
• Evidence of owning meaningful customer outcomes
• Confidence working directly with senior enterprise stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to take ownership when a project or customer situation becomes challenging
• Commercial instinct and comfort navigating negotiations
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into practical solutions
• Strong bias toward action and execution
• Comfort operating with significant autonomy
• Interest in becoming increasingly hands-on technically
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment
• Based in London or able to commute regularly for an on-site role
