Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting the delivery of Fortinet infrastructure projects
• Acting as the technical go-to for key customers – building long-term trust
• Handling P1 and high-impact support escalations when needed
• Supporting Fortinet to Cisco Nexus switch migrations
• Involved in WAF and SD-WAN deployments
• Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 2) – compensated at £403/week
• Working 3 days a week on-site

Skills/Must have:

• Strong Fortinet experience: FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiWAF, SD-WAN
• Confidence across both BAU and project delivery
• Great stakeholder skills – working directly with customers
• Experience with switch migrations, ideally Fortinet, Cisco Nexus
• Ability to operate as the Technical Operations Authority within domain
• SC Clearance or SC clearable status (essential)
