Job summary

Fortinet Principal Engineer role in Farnborough offers hybrid work with around two days per month on site. You will lead the design and delivery of Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions across multiple sites, acting as the technical authority and mentor for engineers.

The ideal candidate has strong Fortinet SD-WAN design experience, Fortinet FCSS certification, and expert knowledge of FortiGate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer, with a track record of delivering secure, high‑performing networks.

Qualifications

• Extensive Fortinet SD-WAN design and delivery experience.
• Fortinet FCSS certification essential.
• Ability to design multi-site, resilient networks and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions.
• Mentor engineers and architects; drive best practices in networking and security.
• Support PoC builds, lab testing and technical design documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, service levels and regulatory standards.
