Job description

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Formulation Scientist to join a leading agricultural company. This role is based at our client's site in Bracknell on a 24-month contract.

As a Formulation Scientist, you will be responsible for designing formulations of new and existing active ingredients, collaborating with multi-functional project teams, and providing technical support on formulation to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement formulation development work programmes.
2. Contribute to the design of formulations of new and existing active ingredients.
3. Work on multi-functional projects.
4. Engage directly with other functions to coordinate delivery of project outputs.
5. Provide technical problem-solving support on formulation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Previous experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Ideally 3 or more years of relevant work experience in formulation development.
