Job Description

Eventor is seeking multiple Event Crew (LGV C+E Drivers) to support our Formula 1 clients at our Warrington and Rugby sites.

As Event Crew, you will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Your responsibilities include setting up and dismantling customer structures at various events, including high-profile motorsport events like Formula 1.

This role is ideal for proactive, safety-conscious individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a passion for motorsport and events. Flexibility and willingness to work in demanding, time-sensitive environments are essential.

Shifts

A variety of shifts are required during the season. Out-of-season shifts are mainly Monday to Friday days. The role requires working away from home for up to 14 weeks at a time, primarily from May to September annually.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Pre/Post Event Setup & Takedown: Work as part of a team to set up and dismantle structures, ensuring high standards and adherence to deadlines. This involves lifting, carrying, and assembling equipment, requiring physical fitness.
  • During Event Support: Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain structures to an immaculate standard, ensuring cleanliness and operational upkeep during events.
  • 24/7 Security Support: Provide security to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Customer Support & Administration: Deliver high-quality support and handle administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Working Away: Be prepared to travel and work away from home for up to 14 weeks, supporting various event locations.
  • Commitment to F1 Calendar: Commit to the full F1 calendar, working during event weekends and off-season preparations from May to September.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid LGV C+E license
  • Willingness to work away from home for extended periods
