Rate of Pay: Up to £13.25 per hour + 35p Mileage Allowance Shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm(including weekends)

Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed female Care Assistants to join our growing team in Formby. You’ll be supporting clients during morning shiftsfrom 7:00am to 2:00pm, including weekend work, providing personal care, companionship, medication assistance, and help with household tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
• Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
• Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
• Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to the office team
• Travel between clients’ homes in your own vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Female applicants only due to client preferences
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work evenings and weekends reliably
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
