A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is hiring an experienced Reach Forklift Truck Driver for our Logistics, Distribution & Warehouse team in Pontyclun.

You will safely operate a reach forklift, load/unload stock, replenish picking locations, and maintain accurate inventory while following health and safety procedures. We offer a permanent contract, a performance-related hourly rate of £13.57 plus a £0.63 per hour FLT allowance, pension and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Forklift Truck to move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and store products in designated locations, including high-level racking.
• Replenish picking locations to ensure stock availability for warehouse operations.
• Carry out daily pre-use equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure stock is handled carefully to minimise damage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company standards.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, policies, and safe systems of work.
• Support colleagues and contribute to achieving team productivity and service targets.
