Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Belper. This role offers immediate starts, overtime, and temp-to-perm opportunities.

You will operate Reach Truck FLTs, feed production lines, move stock around the warehouse, and support Goods In/Goods Out processes with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent).
• Previous Reach Truck experience required.
• Warehouse, logistics or manufacturing background.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck FLTs.
• Line feed production areas.
• Move stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Support Goods In / Goods Out operations.
• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory levels.
• Work safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Patterns

• Mornings: 06:00-14:30 (£15.79ph)
• Afternoons: 14:30-23:00 (£17.76ph)
• Nights: Up to £18.79ph

The Role

• Operating Reach Truck FLTs
• Line feeding production areas
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Supporting Goods In / Goods Out operations
• Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory levels
• Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For
