Forklift Truck Driver (FLT) – Immediate Start

Location: Headcorn, Ashford

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Shifts: Rotating shifts (1 week earlies, 1 week lates) - must be able to work both

Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidate

We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver (FLT) to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you’re skilled in operating counterbalance forklifts and powered pallet trucks (PPT), and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of FLT equipment
• Loading and unloading goods
• Stock movement and pallet management
• Supporting warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

• Experience with counterbalance & PPT is essential
• Valid FLT licence required
• Reach truck licence preferred
• Ability to work both early and late shifts on a weekly rotation
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Own transport preferred due to shift times and location
